Schlage BE469 not finding thing on inclusion

See bellow for the logs. I always get extra nodes 2,3,4,5 that I am not sure from where they are coming. I removed them.

The log is not a debug log so it’s not very useful - your previous log was DEBUG so I guess you disabled this…

Presumably you are not excluding the device before resetting it and including it again, so you are left with these nodes that no longer exist.

Good news, it is working.
I followed your page " Z-Wave Device Inclusion" and after many attempts I was able to get it working. Now I can control the lock from “Control panel”

The main think is to follow/read the lock “Inclusion Information”
2.Remove the battery cover of the deadbolt. 3.Press then release the button on the PCB.4.An LED will flash amber indicating the Add or Inclusion process is in progress.

I added a device (FIRST ALERT Smoke and Carbon Monoxide) using HABmin. I am not cleared on what is need after that as described on https://www.cd-jackson.com/index.php/openhab/habmin

You need to link Items to the Channels of that Thing.
Please read the basic docs:

Concepts

I recommend to use HABmin for configuration changes of your zwave devices, Use PaperUI or text items files to create Items and link the channels.
