No, I am on OH 2.5.12 as well. But the devices look sufficiently different to explain the differences.

To add to the confusion, I’ve noticed that both my Thermostats report differently.

Look quickly and you’ll me it though, one reporting zwave_version 5.0 and the other zwave_version 6.0. Does this suggest that the manufacturer has updated the hardware over time?

How can I do it?
As I pointed out, all the existing information (Inclusion and Wakeup) is wrong. The correct inclusion info is for ex. here (top of the page)…

Sure - I got that, but the database is a community driven database so you are also able to make changes. There are links to the database throughout the documentation.
