In paper UI install the REST API docs in the misc tab. All the API calls are documented and can be tested from there.
The challenge you will have is that you need to use a PUT or POST command to update or command an item, not a standard GET.
I don’t think thats an options I can’t send PUT or POST requests using nfc tags and even if I could I would need an app instaled on every device the NFC tag should work witdth
