I want to communicate OpenHab with micro820. How I can do it?

You could use the ModBus Binding: http://docs.openhab.org/addons/bindings/modbus1/readme.html

It seems that your Micro820 [Link1] [Link 2] device supports ModBus TCP also (not only serial) over the embedded ethernet 10/100 Base T port.
