Serverruntime - I/O error has occurred (cause unknown)

This error comes up sometimes on my OH2 installation also.
No-one has been able to pinpoint the root cause and/or reliably reproduce it until now

I get it almost always (but not every time) when I:
stop OH2 service
start it up within 5 seconds.
If I leave the service to “cool down” (I know it sounds ridiculous)… I don’t get this anymore.

Some say that it has to do with http clients retrying their connections to OH2 web services before OH2 service is fully up and running.

do you get this only on startup or also afterwards?
