SetPoint Item/Sitemap Object

I’m trying to create an object that allows simple up/down (for changing channels on a device) and it appears that that a Number Item w/ a SetPoint sitemap object won’t allow me to go above 100 even when setting the minValue, maxValue and step parameters in the sitemap definition.

Anyone else experience this or is there a better way to do this?

For a Dimmer item I would expect this, but not for a Number item.
If this is really the case, feel free to submit a bug at https://github.com/eclipse/smarthome/issues and don’t forget to mention the UI you are using.
