Setup Eclipse IDE for openHAB 2.3

I wanted to develop plugin for openHAB and this plugin should be exactly for openHAB 2.3.

If I use tutorial from https://www.openhab.org/docs/developer/development/ide.html#prerequisites I setup latest version from master branch.

Is there some way setup IDE exactly for openHAB with version 2.3?

Development cycle has changed to 2.4, there will be no new features/addons for 2.3

There are no opeHAB 2.4 released.
I have openHAB 2.3 installed.
I need plugin for openHAB 2.3 and I don’t want develop for 2.4 right now.
