Like I say, I think I just stopped having problems with mine. I didn’t specifically do something on latency.
My theory on event bus is just that - a theory. You could tell by looking at the events.log to see what is going through. I couldn’t tie it down to the binding itself.
I do recall having issues with Shelly where it was trying to poll on IPv6 even though I didn’t have an IPv6 address, and I think that was around the time I was getting the issue. Perhaps that fix is the one that resolved it. Relevant threads are:
