I see that there’s some confusion: The “Ignore ssl cert” options disappeared, but now you’ll be asked to accept the certificate manually if it’s not trusted. That’s way more secure than trusting every cert.
The remaining option has nothing to do with server side certificates, but with a ssl client certificate. That can be used to authenticate at the server.
edit: yes… it is confusing because I was replying to bassysta about SSL certs and didn’t clarify this aspect (client vs server side)
