Hello friends,
I’ve tried to add a Philio PAN06 ZWAVE device to my OpenHAB system. It is distinguished in the inbox, but once I add it as a Thing I cannot attach items to it, as no switches are showing under the device’s Thing configuration.
I tried to create a new device in @chris 's device list using the .xml data, but I’m seeing a message the device already exists.
Is there a way to fix this?
I’m attaching my device’s .xml file, as I’m unsure it is exactly the same as the PAN06 that is already in the device list. network_dbe4ff29__node_22.xml (18.0 KB)
Hope you can help
There are two entries for the device in the db, with a break in firmware at v1.8. This is the newer one. Does this match your device?
What version of the binding? Have you ever manually installed the binding by copying a jar into the add-ons directory? If so, what do you see when you run…
list -s|grep zwave
… in the console? I’m curious if you may have two versions of the binding running.
For some reason, I can’t download your xml. Could you please repost it?

I’m not really sure what is going on with this. This is a pretty basic device, so even if the database entry is wrong, I’d still expect the channels to show up in the UI, and then given that it’s a pretty simple device, I’d expect most of the functionality to work. The fact that this isn’t happening suggests something else is amiss - but it’s not clear to me what is wrong unfortunately.
Just so we’re all on the same page - can you provide some images of the thing configuration screen for the device from Paper UI please.
Sorry guys. It seems I gave false info.
I just restarted my Raspberry Pi, and now the PAN06 Thing is showing with the channels.
I don’t know why the channels would suddenly show up, when in the beginning they were missing.
Now I managed to set it up.
