[SOLVED] Cloudbees down?

I am trying to get the latest snapshot of the zwave binding and only see this: “This DEV@cloud account is currently unavailable” when trying to access this URL:
https://openhab.ci.cloudbees.com/job/openHAB2-Bundles/lastSuccessfulBuild/org.openhab.binding%24org.openhab.binding.zwave/

Or this:
https://openhab.ci.cloudbees.com
