In value 24 of parameters the Descriptions are wrong.

0 should be Tamper Report/No cancellation  
1 should be Tamper Report/Cancellation report  
2 Tamper/No cancel plus Orientation in space  
3 Tamper/Cancellation plus Orientation in space  
4 Earthquake Report
