Solved, Help, basic ui items not update and rules not working

Suddenly items in basic ui are not updated until I do a refresh in my browser or openhab app
And all the rules do not work

Operating system: windows 10
openhab version: 2.5.10

Which log says that? I that the whole log? What does the previous logs say (openhab.log.1)? It’s really hard to help with so little information. It’ like going to the doctor saying that it hurts but refusing to tell him what hurts.

after clean cache and updating the the NTP server hostname to il.pool.ntp.org
items and rules got to work again.
