Not exactly, those are configuration parameters that the user can set - like the thing configuration you used before switching to properties - so it’s not ideal to provide read-only information that way… AFAIK there’s no equivalent of thing properties but for the binding (or add-on). If something like this is added to core then the UI will display them somewhere for sure.
