[SOLVED] Menu addons not visible in paperUI

hi,

Addons menu isn’t visible in PaperUi and Hadmin/extension have an error when it get the list.

Some help?

In Resp API:

Error 503 Server Unavailable.

I haven’t openhabian. How I can update manually to openhab 2.2?
