[SOLVED] New installation but system hangs

Using RPi3+
I made a mistake during preparation for a backup. I decided to reinstall the complete system.
Starting again with copying the IMG to the SD Card on my Win-PC.
(openhabianpi-raspbian-201804031720-gitdba76f6-crc9e93c3eb.img)

Something went wrong and I don’t know where and why.
See below.
I can stop the boot process (even if it hangs) and start sudo config etc.
I updated the system, add ons, configured the PW, time zone, start trail-logs…
After rebooting the system hangs.
On the other hand the browser session with “http://192.168.xx.yy:8080/start/index” seems to work fine.

I don’t want to start to configure the things etc. before the system starts normally.

Looking forward for some hints !

Below the complete log during the start… until it hangs

Is it a new SD? It may be corrupted…
Copying or flashing?

I used the tool Etcher

OK,
I started the whole proc again with a new SD card and the “Win32 DiskImager”
Now it works.
