[SOLVED] Old config back after power down

Hi,
I have the problem that on my raspberry Openhabian 1.4 (openhab 2.2) I get the old config back.
I did already a delete in the console but after a powerdown the old config is back.
How the hell does this happen?

Your SD card is failing. Time to get a new one.

what exactly is coming back? (items or something else?)
for example: if you delete an item from the console but still have it in an *.items file defined, it will come back on restart.

it could be of course SD card failure here.
