[Solved] OpenHAB Config Tool on Ubuntu

Greetings,

I have been running OpenHAB successfully on an Ubuntu VM for a couple years but have heard good things about the OpenHAB config tool.

Is there anyway I can add that to my install despite me not running OpenHABian ?

To be precise, there is no OpenHAB config tool.
You want to use the openHABian config tool, so you would need to install openHABian.
But don’t worry you don’t have to use the image, you actually can install openHABian on top of your Ubuntu, see links above.
