I used the standard temperature icon and added some dynamic ones into openHAB-conf\icons\classic
temperature-24
temperature-15
temperature-0
But the icon in the sitemap not changing…what is wrong?
I do not think you can have an iconset distributed over both standard and custom libraries.
You’d need to make a complete new set using a new base filename in your custom folder.

Why? What would be the advantage in maintaining an iconset that is a mish-mash of standard and custom parts?
It’s a pro and con for both sides so it’s up to you
