[SOLVED] Zipato Z-Wave remote (ph-psr03.eu) unknown device

Hi all,

I’m trying to get started with OpenHAB2 / Z-Wave so please assume that I’ve done something wrong :slight_smile: but it seems that the Zipato Z-Wave remote (ph-psr03.eu) is unknown to the Z-Wave binding. Device info: https://www.zipato.com/product/keyfob-5-remote and especially the manual (which includes the command classes: https://www.zipato.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/ph-psr03-Zipato-Z-Wave-Remote-User-Manual-v1.0.pdf)

Even after several inclusion trials and also making sure it is “active” long enough it still stays unknown.

Any tips on how to proceed?

Check the database and see if it is in there. If not, please add it or post your corresponding xml file from your /userdata/zwave folder.
