I live close to CH. I have bought couple of Qubino Flush Roller/Shutters because they rated from -10C for markise control - they work OK, however can’t say about their winter performance, as don’t use markise then.
I have also several Fibaro Switches and LED Controllers, used for outside lightning. They are just covered from direct rain. They also work fine, even if they are not rated for under zero. I think they keep them warmed up, because they heat themselves quite well.
So both should be fine for you. If you need more potential reliability, take Qubino. Openhab works fine with both.
