Some .kar files are not installed yet after upgrade from 3.4.0 -> 3.4.1

I updated from 3.4.0 to 3.4.1 via apt.
No I have the following errors:

I tried
systemctl stop
openhab-cli clean-cache
systemctl start

That didn’t help

Solved by reinstalling the addons:

apt install --reinstall openhab-addons
