Hi,
i am trying to setup everything needed to flash sonoff modules, but i am stuck. I have to perform this step now: “Copy the sonoff directory to your sketchfolder”, but i dont have any sonoff directory.
I unzipped arduino 1.8.3 standalone, created the portable dir, added the board manager url and added the esp8266. I was unsure regarding what board to activate, i choose “generic esp8266 module”, is that correct? Next step is copying the sonoff directory, but i dont have that. Restarting arduino didnt help …
I deleted and redid the whole process, but still no sonoff directory to copy anywhere.
I never used arduino before, so i might miss some basic point here …
I hope someone can point me into the right direction
