Switch items not working after update - Solved

    • OS:Ubuntu Server
    • Java Runtime Environment:N/A
    • openHAB version: 2.5.4 RB
      after the update this morning. my to switches that is monitored by node red to activate induvidual speakers. stoped working.
      node red reads the switch status from openhab server. and then activates gpio that switches relays for the speakers. but all of a sudden. node red cant see the switches and i also get the following error .in my logs.

Have you tried to restart OH a few times since upgrading? I usually takes me 2-3 restarts for everything to start working as expected after upgrading.

I have done that a vew times now. and see that it is working . it takes a couple of restarts for everything to return to normal.
