I just tried it with the 7-days test period of the auto assist. It currently makes no difference if you are on the subscription or not.
My bridge is also going offline during the very early morning/night, going back online around 1pm, which is annoying as I want to send commands mainly in the morning.
The reset of the API calls at 00:00 UTC does not make sense to me as I am UTC +1h. If that would be true the disconnect would happen in the evenings.
I will cancel my subscription now and play around with the refresh interval. 30s is anyway not required at all for heating or the sensors.
