Telegram Binding Secure Chat?

Hello,

is it possible to use the Telegram binding and send messages / images to a secure chat instead the cloud chat?

I would feel much more comfortable to have OpenHAB send me pictures of my CCTV or messages about system status in an end-to-end encrypted chat than through their cloud.

@matt1 thank you for the hints. It turned out that the notification via Telegram was much easier than I thought. The Image item can be included directly in the Telegram “Send” command.
