Temperature sensor adjustment

Words escape me right now and I can’t think on what to search on for some reason.

Say I have a temperature sensor in a room and it’s typically about shoulder height but now I want to move it toward the ceiling. This of course changes the temperature to be slightly warmer than what it would be at shoulder height.

Is there a way via metadata to make that adjustment?

Sounds like a job for the offset profile

Really it’s intended to correct values, but of course there is nothing stopping you using it to tell lies instead :wink:
