THE localhost:8080 doesn loading

good day ? I have some problem :slight_smile:
1)installed the openhab 3
2)Installed the zulu 11
3)have made the variable JAVA_HOME
4) executed the start.bat
5) The localhost 8080 says: Access Error: 404 – Not Found

the brandmayer do not work
