Yes in the new version v4 tlp v4 you can see that all data is stored in metadata but i will not backport this in v3. This would be a complete rework. v4 is not production ready. There are a lot to do in design of 1min switching. Can you contribute?
Unfortunately not sorry ⦠@tose can you point me to the line where you changed the saving mechanismā¦
What a line ![]()
You find everything in the src folder. ohHelperController.js is a good point to start. Note, itās much more than a line.
I use this excellent timeline picker on my v4.1 system, Iām going to upgrade to v5.0 and then to v5.1 when itās released. Does this timeline picker work on v5.0?
Yes it works but I am waiting for the v4 to get finished:)
I just upgraded to OH5. It looks as if the time where the tlp actually switches is off by an hour (it switches an hour later than what is configured in the UI). I thimk this is due to a timezone issue as i am on gmt+1. Did anyone else have this issue?
Something changed in the OH5 core as I also had to rework some rules to make them observe the local timezone, so i suspect tlp might have a similar issue with OH5.
yes, i had also observed this behaviour. It was not releadted to the timeline picker. When you want to check this, type date in a console. of your OH server and you will see the wrong time.
Perhaps check the java enviroment variable.
Yes, i had the machine timezone set to utc rather than cet/gmt+1, and this caused the offset. I thought that setting the timezone in the admin ui would be enough, but i actually had to change the timezone on the os level.
Iām trying to install TLP V4 into an openhab 5.1 installation, but the installation instructions seem to be incomplete.
But in the V4 branch i canāt seem to find the fileRNTs-tlp3.js, and also donāt understand what is meant by āinfo must be updated !!!ā. As for the TLP folder, does this need to be in the conf folder, or conf/html?
You are using the wrong brunch. In the OP ist the right link. Version 4 ist not finished.
After finishing the installation you must manual substitute two time āDateTimeItemā through āDateTimeā.
@tose good point to finalize version 4?
@milo Iāve already answered your questions. Donāt ping me.
