Total Beginner: Issue with OpenHAB 2 with Zulu

• Platform information:

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Java Runtime Environment: Zulu for windows 10 https://www.azul.com/downloads/zulu/zulu-windows/

• Issue of the topic: running start.bat in openHAB 2 does not take me to openHAB display, but instead errors out. [Screencap of error]

  

Any idea whats going on? I’m definitely a beginner with this stuff, just trying to get around having to use oracle.

You need Zulu version 8, see the docs:
