Transform Basic UI into another webpage

Hi all,

May I know if we may build a new webpage to replace Basic UI?

For example I would like to design a new webpage with my home map, and I will place the switches inside the home map. If this is possible, would appreciate if anyone could share his/her experience, and if there is any guide.
