Hi, I’ve installed OH3 on a Raspberry 3 using the image file then added very minimal setup, a dashboard and set it as default. Now I cannot find how to edit HABPanel with the browser (no setup icon) but I can do it with the Android app.

Connecting to the OH3 web server I’m not able to edit the dashboard while connecting with the Android app I can. As you can see in the app screenshot there is the Settings icon while in the web one there isn’t. In both situations I was logged as administrator. I’ve tried to completely reinstall the system but the result is the same.
