You are using the wrong version of the binding. You need to use the latest version from this thread -:

@chris, has there been any progress toward the secure inclusion issue on some devices? I haven’t been able to add my BE469 yet due to this issue. If not, what is the suggested workaround, to nuke my entire setup and start over?

If that’s what you are using, then for some reason it’s not running and you are actually still running an old version.
