Unable to install HABMIN

Hello,

I am new to openhab. I am trying to install habmin2 using the instructions in the page https://github.com/openhab/org.openhab.ui.habmin/wiki/HABmin2-installation-for-OpenHAB-2

When I downloaded the zip file or tar.gz file I noticed that it contains source files, and the required jar file is not present there. Although the above page states there is such jar file.
When I tried to compile the project, it complains about some missing pom files.

What am I doing wrong?

To install HABmin, just hit the install button in PaperUI:
