Unable to start ZWave Network Viewer

  • Platform information:

    • Hardware: Raspberry Pi 3
    • OS: OpenHabian
    • Java Runtime Environment: ?
    • openHAB version: 2.4

  • Issue of the topic:
    I cannot open the Z-Wave Network Viewer under Habmin/Werkzeuge.
    When I move the mouse over the Button “Geräte-Tools” (probably Device-Tools in english) it becomes a red prohibition sign.

Any idea how I can get the viewer startet?
