Urgent. Can not lower rollershutter

I have a urgent problem with the zwave binding.
I can not lower the rollershutter in my kids room.
My wife will kill me tomorrow morning if it is still open. :slight_smile:

What do i do to lower the rollershutter.

Hi There (if you are still alive :wink: )
first thing that comes to mind: for such a vital part of a house, isn’t there a manual old fashioned switch on it that you can just press?
As for the problem itself, i would try (in that order; work your way down):

  • Z-Wave network heal
  • OH stop / start
  • Reboot server
  • Remove /Re-add rollershutter thing

And in case you’re not alive any more, maybe your smart home will help the police:

Hi @Oli

To save my life I manually lowered the roller-shutter by patching at the Flush Shutter.

I could not find Z-Wave network heal in OH2.

I tried the other three and after the last one I get it to work again.

This doesn’t really mean anything - it shouldn’t be a warning as it’s actually ok. Can you provide some information on what’s actually wrong… eg debug logs or something that we can use to help you…
