Urgent support needed - tmp and cache files deleted

Hi all,
I think I did a mistake and now I am looking for urgent support since my openhab is not working anymore at all.
I deleted all files in

/var/lib/openhab2/cache/
/var/lib/openhab2/tmp/

(Unfortunately) I didnt use the command

openhab-cli clean-cache

Since I did, the page

http://IP:8080/basicui/app

Is showing follwoing error:

HTTP ERROR 404

Problem accessing /basicui/app. Reason:

    Not Found

I tried to re-install openhab with the commands

sudo apt-get install openhab2 --reinstall
sudo apt-get install openhab2-addons --reinstall

Any idea what I can do? I really despair of
