What is ‘RFN’? Other than that, it’s working! (Tomorrow it’s gonna snow and I can check for real!
RFN is just a string that will appear in the logfile. I used
val String RFN = "test.rules"
It appears like this in the log:

2019-01-21 21:00:18.574 [INFO ] [se.smarthome.model.script.test.rules] - Rain2 = 0
