Is there anybody who implemented already some kind of vacation simulation for randomly switching lights on / off after sunset?
I proposed this approach which replays the settings that were set in the past. For example, it switches the lights today to match how the lights were switched seven days ago. It isn’t random and instead uses your actual lighting behavior.

I will take a look which one will be best for my case.
Didn’t run into this thread nor knew about the historic state earlier and was about to implement a service to manage the lights based on previous days’ states or other when on vacation.
