Weather Binding, Display values of own Items in HTML-Side

I use the weather-binding in openhab2 to display the weather-data in a HTML-Side. It works fin. Now, i would use my own Thermo- and Hygrometer. The values ​​are more accurate. Therfore i have my own items. How can i display the values of my own items, they are not an weatheritem, in the html-side of the weather-binding?
