Weather Company Humidity issue in OH4.0.3

Since moving to OH4 I am seeing an issue with the Weather Company binding and the Observed Humidity Item. It is showing as .77 instead of 77%. It is working fine on OH 3.4.2.

For Weather Company Binding, I used Metadata Unit Percent and State Description % and that worked for me.
