hi to all, after researching all the posts with negative results, I expose my problem.
Yesterday all of a sudden the bticino gateway no longer communicated with hopen hab, I tried to uninstall everything and install open hab on synology with openwebnet latest version but also having entered the right ip with password I get this error

I tried to connect to the server with the same credentials through My home suite and everything works I can reprogram and see the gateway with the devices in the field …
