Is it possible to configure it for Alexa?
Google is the used SpeechToText service (when talking to the device you should get a popup with the text that was understood by the service).
If your Default Human Language Interpreter is set to Rule-based Interpreter , this text is sent to your Voice Command Item ( as set under Config - Services -UI - Rule Voice Interpreter - Config).
Using the state change of this item and parsing the text you can react on Voice commands without Alexa or a GoogleHome.
In short, no you can’t configure THAT for Alexa.
