What to do with the openhabian zip file

I’m new to all this and trying to figure out how to install openHABian 1.4. from scratch on Raspberry Pi. I’ve figured out that for version 1.3 you can install with Etcher but I’m stumped on what to do with the version 1.4 zip files since there’s no longer an img.xz file.

Could anyone help out a newbie and lay out the process?
