Whats this in Frontail?

Hi

My Frontail keeps ending up like this and different items within my set up stop responding. A reboot restores funcionality but eventually it happens again.

Any Suggestions what will be causing it?

on Openhabian
Openhab 2.5.12

Thanks

Can you please ssh into your openhabian device and go to the directory /var/log/openhab2/ to verify, if any log files are created there.

Please also check via ls -la the ownership and read/write permissions of the directory as well as of the files in the directory.

Loads of the above in the logs

From your screenshots I can see that your log-file structure and directory are as it should be.

Please try to go into your openhab-conf tool and there is an option in one of the submenues to enable frontail. Maybe this “enable” will set the configurations of the frontail service in a new fresh manner.

Off-topic comment; there is a lot of logging going on there. Seems to include a rollover at log ‘full’ (17Mb) within one minute, which might be sort of thing that confuses fronttail.
