When do resyncs of ESH happen?

Similar to Runtime update from ESH?, I was wondering what triggers a “stable” type build that is then picked up in the cloudbees build?

Thanks @chris, I missed that one. Here is the line from @Kai that matters: This build is triggered whenever I feel that the ESH stuff is good and in sync with openHAB.
