Where can I download nightly build of OH 1.9 Addons

I am currently trying to migrate from OH1 to OH2. OH2 seems to be to unstable, but I do need support for new Z-Wave devices, which is in the 1.9 binding. I can’t figure out where I can download the nightly build, is it still possible to download that?

Is there any difference between the two builds?

CloudBees seems to have CI builds of the other repos as well, so it seems like it’s more actively referred to. But that’s only a guess.
