Which profiles: MQTT -> OH -> Shelly

Hi,

I try to do the following:

  • A MQTT channel connects my wallbox (openWB smarthome solution), more precisely its ReqRelay channel, to OH; profile: Default
  • In OH this is linked to a switch item (Shelly_X_Power)
  • This item is also linked to the Shelly Thing: shellyplus1:XXX:relay#output; profile is also: Default

Is this correct and should work with Default profiles for both links? The reason for my question is that it didn’t work this morning: the wallbox tried to switch off the plug, OH showed it as OFF, but the shelly was still ON. I try to find out the reason, i.e. is it the communication between OH and Shelly are a config error within OH?

I switched to Follow for the Shelly Thing and now it seems to work as intended.
