Experiment: HABPanel like Dashboard for mainui

Hi all! Migrating to OH3 I wanted to create a “dashboard” for my tablet. For this use case I found the current (otherwise great!) layouting to be somewhat limiting (e.g. it’s not possible to nest rows and columns), so I started experimenting.
