Why a user not logged in and an administrator if they see the Overview page and a user with another role does not see it?

SOLUTION: The problem was that the users did not have a user or administrator role. They had another role that I had assigned by command.

The solution came to me from a comment I made here:

Raise a request via github to e.g. create an addgroup command to karaf console. Most probably then also requireds deletegroup.
